The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site www.emabyemma.com.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read these terms and conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.
The site www.emabyemma.bigcartel.com reserves the right to modify these conditions. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The products sold on the website www.emabyemma.com are designed, created and produced by Emma KONC, creator and founder of the brand EMA by Emma.
The products are illustrated by one or more photographs, a descriptive text and a price including VAT in euros. The photographs are intended to be as faithful as possible to the products, but the colors may vary from one computer screen to another.
The prices are in Euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of the products and are indicated to the buyer during the validation of the basket ("cart").
PAYMENT
The site www.emabyemma.bigcartel.com accepts the following methods of payment:
- By credit card: Payments are made online through the secure payment platform Paypal or Stripe. It is not mandatory to have a Paypal account to order. DELIVERY
Small orders are sent in single packages in bubble envelopes and are delivered by the Post Office.
Larger orders are sent by Colissimo by the Post Office. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Please check your delivery address when placing your order so that your order is sent to the desired address.
The site www.emabyemma.bigcartel.com ships internationally by post. It is enough to place order via the form contact or by e-mail to [email protected] so that the salesman can inform you of the expenses of delivery.
DELAY OF RETRACTATION
In application of the article of the code L.120-20 of the code of the consumption, the purchaser has a period of seven working days to turn over to his expenses the articles not being convenient for him, for an exchange or a refunding. This period runs from the day of receipt of the order. All returns must be reported in advance by email to [email protected]. This right of retraction is exercised without penalty, except for the expenses of sending and return. The articles must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. Otherwise, the products will not be reimbursed, nor taken back, nor exchanged. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the buyer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid, or the exchange of the product. In this case the reshipment will be at the expense of the buyer.
